While in a different discussion I suddenly realized in spite of all the whining about how restrictive digital book licenses are compared to DTB the digital book license is actually a much better deal and much more open in many respects.
Here is my reasoning:
DTB license:
Includes 1 license to copyrighted material
Must be read on the exact device it was purchased on (very tightly linked not only to a type of device but to a particular instance of that device)

Evelyn, www.feedbooks.com, www.manybooks.net, www.smashwords.com, www.newfreebooks.com (this one takes some converting of pdfs, so unless your good with that you might not wanna try that site out for a while) im probably forgetting some sites, but amazon releases some free books once a month, you can type in the search bar -domain to look for kindle books, and then sort them from low to high price and find all kinds of free books. and there are also some on the big deals on kindle page. kindle best sellers also has them free.

I think my reading comprehension skills are pretty good and I think I can hold my own in a "big boy" conversation.
My question to Xbox LuvR would be: what are you getting out of all of this?
You came to a Kindle discussion forum to announce your love and affection for a product that has nothing to do with the nature of this forum. (This is the point that makes me think that if there is anyone with a comprehension deficit….it might be you).

It just goes to show that you can include all the glitz and flash you wish, and that will certainly allow you to "compare" via checkmarks against another products’ features. But if you get the core functionality wrong? Well all the feature comparisons in the world mean diddly squat if you can’t even read a damn book.

I think DHL shipped her a hamster by mistake. They are soft and difficult to plug into USB.
Somewhere there’s a little kid trying to get a Kindle to run around a wheel…
