It’s been such a swell three months without you around that I’d forgotten how rude and annoying you can be when you set your tiny mind to it. Isn’t there some other way for you to make money? Some job you are qualified for? You don’t come across as skilled labor but there must be something you can do. Annoying the public with puerile, misogynistic and juvenile blogs that you update for two or three weeks and then abandon can’t pay much. Look for something that requires limited public interaction; the public at large has little tolerance for being constantly insulted and you can’t seem to refrain from insulting everyone constantly.

I have to disagree…I will gladly pay $9.99 for a book I want to read even if it’s available cheaper in traditional form. I prefer reading on my Kindle so much that the thought of carrying around a "regular book" is not appealing to me.

I agree with your points, but I also agree with Woody that Amazon should not have simply canceled his account, but only blocked further purchases from it.
