New post in: Amazed by the cost!!!

Gotta love the freedom to choose! =) Why did I buy a 53" tv when a 25" works just as well? Why did I spend $35 on the latest Stephen King book when I can read it for free at the library? Why did I buy a vehicle that gets 10.5mpg when I could buy one that gets 40mpg?

The Kindle interests me for four reasons:
1) I can read my books on a lightweight device (this hardback Stephen King book I’m reading is ridiculously heavy).

2) I can carry my entire library of books with me anywhere. I have a habit of constantly changing the books I read, and I also read 3 or 4 at once.

3) Cheaper book prices. ‘Under the Dome’ cost me $35, the Kindle edition would have cost me $10.

4) I’d have the ability to browse and buy books I want, regardless of where I am.

So you clearly aren’t interested in a Kindle, and you think it’s too expensive. You’re certainly not alone in your opinion. Many of us are interested in a Kindle, and think the price is worth the convenience.
